Team Italy's head coach gave an interview to the Italian Weightlifting Federation (FIPE) on Youtube:

I don't know italian but with the translated subs I understood that:

- Giulia Imperio thought she didn't have to compete so she didn't have her mind;
- She did 85kgx2 in training few days before
- Corbu got angry with her because she has to mature

- Giulia Miserendino had fear of the clean and jerk but in training she did 132, and she usually plays with 123-125.
- Corbu got angry also with her.

- Lucrezia Magistris had the best competition, she confirmed her gym PR on the snatch but she had some physical problems. She did 121 clean and jerk in training and usually goes heavy quite often (2 times a week).
- Corbu did not get with her.

Maybe I lost something in translation. Hope you can understand better!

Thank you for posting that - this qualifying period appears to be a rough start for team Italy. For good reasons they've garnered a lot of international respect in the last 5 years, we shall see if they prevail during the rest of Paris qualifying.
