Yeah, I've had this issue in the past with other sanctions. Not nice, and one of the reasons I set up the sanction thread shortly after (re)establishing the forum.

Kitts is *****extremely lucky***** to have gotten off so lightly.

So, according to this Antropov only got an 18month ban and will be back lifting at the end of this year.

A bad news that doesn't (directly) concern weightlifting... But have there been other cases of contamination or unknowing intake that have instead had longer bans?

Various athletes have blamed the meat they ate after testing positive for boldenone, specifically in South America. Since it's widely (but often not legally) administered to livestock sometimes this defense worked, but often not.
