I think it is for the entire event!
The price seems reasonable to me (especially if the production is at Youth European Championships levels) but I don't understand why you can't pay via PayPal (I don't have a credit card).
I don't even know if there will be a technical commentary (not that I'm usually interested, but it's something more that can please those who approach the sport).

Yup,10€ for the entire event and i subscribed. Nonetheless, i taught Breeze was bad as a commentator but the guy in service is probably worse
. And the camera is all over the place, poor production compared with the youth/under 17 .

I agree with you, the youth championships were much better in terms of production. The commentator seems to me to read only the numbers, no comments on athletes or technique. If you want to bring the public closer to these events (as I think you want to do) you have to tell stories, not give numbers.
