1. Camera angle is no good. Can only see half of your body.
2. Look up, and go down slower so you can keep balanced and keep the bar path vertical. Faster eccentrics are ok when you have more experience.
3. If you don't have a rack, you can make a makeshift one out of some wooden planks, buckets and concrete. Concrete and wood are cheap, you don't need particularly strong timber. Alternatively, do a clean and front squats.
