Force plate result vs weightlifting result

A coach I know borrowed a force plate (and its accessories) from his physiotherapist and tested his athletes on october 2024. Nice! His athletes are growing well in terms of weightlifting results but the new tests, made a week ago, reported a worsening of all tests.
How would you go about it? Would you stick with the program until the athletes improved or would you modify it to try to improve those tests?
The tests are:
Jump (peak force)
Isometric mid thigh pull (peak force)
Legs abduction and adduction (with a sort of dynamometer sold with the force plate)
Leg extension
I don't know how the test were conducted but there was the help of the physio.
