Board rules

These rules are disclosed to clarify the various responsibilities of all community members here on Weightlifting Forums. They shall be adhered to by everyone to ensure that our board runs smoothly and provides a fun and productive experience for all of our community members and visitors.

  1. No dickheads
    Disagreements will happen but all posters are held to this standard.
    Defaming, belittling or abusing someone will result in a warning if minor, and a ban if it happens again. #
  2. No bigotry
    Direct or indirect discrimination, denigration and dehumanisation on the basis of gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, disability and similar factors is strictly forbidden. #
  3. No spam
    Spam is defined as the unsolicited advertising of unrelated goods/services and/or mass messaging.
    Talking about yourself or your work is fine, just refer to rule 1. #
  4. No cross-posting
    Do not post the same forum thread or question to multiple forums. Post it in one place and a moderator can move it afterwards upon request. #
  5. Do not provide links to any illegal materials, in particular illicit drugs.
    Discussion about the topic of drugs in weightlifting more broadly is acceptable but providing protocols or resources for drug use and avoiding drug testing is strictly forbidden. #
