Liao has a 280 entry total btw. I predict attempts at 115-120-124 & 145-150-156. It's clear all three (Song PRK) can do very similar numbers.

I think the race for the top result during the quad on the women's side is going to make for a very exciting back story to the whole qualification race. USA v China v North Korea - that extra slot is a nice price.

AWC pushed back a month.

I expect a further delay, most likely bringing it somewhere else. Bahrain and much of the Gulf area have lots of foreign invaders/US military bases.

They should be honest and use this flag.

Glory to the Anglo-Persian Oil Company. Women's rights only for the rich and powerful to objectify them in bikinis - no education, healthcare, freedom from being beaten by employers, self determination or any of that woke nonsense.

Locations of IWF qualifiers have been published. Unsurprisingly, all countries/venues represented by current EB members.
Events in Qatar/Venezuela may have issues due to US imperialism.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been building an iOS app called Aion focused on training, recovery, and long-term consistency.

I know Olympic lifting is very specific, and a lot of general fitness apps don’t really match how people actually train when they’re trying to improve technique, manage fatigue, and stay consistent over time. That’s part of why I started working on this.

The goal with Aion is to make it easier to stay on top of training, recovery, and overall progress in a practical way.

If anyone wants to check it out, here’s the app:
https://apps.apple.com/hr/app/aion-long ... 6758638095

I’d really appreciate honest feedback, especially from people who train seriously. I’m interested in what lifters actually want from an app like this, and what feels missing from most fitness tools.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

If you do not specify how this is specifically relevant to weightlifting, it will be removed under rule 3.

Frankly, I may remove it simply if I feel like it. I don't particularly care about all of this techbro longevity nonsense, it's almost all mechanistic masturbation and very little to do with actual healthcare, or performance.

I would only care about metrics of how someone is feeling/sleeping/eating/performing within a training program app.

China domestically already uses the LA28 classes, e.g. these are their standards for M95:
