Pretty sure Liao's 291 total today is the highest for non-SHW women since 2014.

Also Talakhadze wasn't in +110 B (?).

There's 1 woman in W77 who can lift more than Song PRK and 1 in W86. So of course all of these categories should be in the OG instead of forcing them into the same class for competitive purposes. Ri PRK should go back to W61 (110+145?) as she's in no man's land now. The M85 quality has quite immedia...

CHN lifters seemed to be poorly prepared (so far), given the location.

The last lift at M65 wouldn't have been overturned ten years ago, but potentially received two reds initially nonetheless.

205 clean at M70 is pretty crazy.

Don't need any registration to watch replays here. But incomplete ATM. Anyway, neat. (haven't watched anything yet)

I do not know what has gotten under the IWF's skin or the advent of video playback in the sport, but this is ridiculous the last several years. "There was corruption under Ajan, we have to show how serious and strict we are. Denying WRs means we are impartial." After 2017 the guiding prin...

As usual, it's impossible to find entries for the Asian Games. CHN announced their team yes, but PRK, KAZ, INA etc...

Team size is 8+8 yet everyone's spamming entries.

I just saw that Lopez COL snatched 182@88 because the PanAm fed thought the WR was 181... nope.
And this happened a few days ago in August, M88 was already obsolete at that point.

Professionals.

ATM, I think Pei and Yang Liuyue are equal for the total with Pei better in the c&j and Yang in the snatch. I can see the latter progressing to 115+140 at 61 while Pei seems maxed out at 250. Both Li WW and Zhou LL snatched 148. I think Li Yan is the only one to do (exactly) 150. I'd like to kno...

Liao Guifang did 127+161 @86
Li Yan snatched 150!
