Torokhtiy recently released a long interview with Kakhi Kakhiasvili. I really love how at an early age he was very methodical and thoughtful, and offers some great insight from one of the greatest weightlifters ever.

Ironically, I think if a little more emphasis on upperbody strength was implemented we may not see the pressout as much but we are still just talking hypotheticals.
